SHIPPING
Masabih offers shipping and delivery in the next 4-10 business days after placing an order.

CASH ON DELIVERY (In progress)
We provide the Cash delivery service, where our courier partners have the provisions to allow such a form of collection. Please ensure your delivery address is correct when you check out on your purchase, based on which you may or may not get a COD option.

Please keep in mind the points stated below-

  • The cash-on-delivery order is processed upon verification by our operation team via email or phone.
  • The shipping pin code provided should be in the serviceable area of the above-mentioned logistic service.
  • Please do not open the product to see and check or return it at delivery time.
  • No credit card, debit card, cheque, or demand draft is accepted for COD delivery; only Cash is accepted.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We will keep you updated on the status of your order from the date of order until dispatch through our Order Tracking ID. On dispatch, you will receive your shipment details and tracking number by e-mail. You may check the status by visiting the courier partner’s website.

If you do not receive our delivery confirmation email or have any issues tracking your order, please contact us via email or phone.

EXCHANGE POLICY
In case of an Exchange or Replacement of a product, kindly apply from your Masabih account for exchange due to reasons or let us know by calling 7010155101 or Emailing us at info@masabih.in.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased on the Masabih website, please return it at your cost within 15 working days to the following address.

Once we receive the product back, we will initiate a refund within seven business days, deducting the courier cost.

Please ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging, box (if applicable), bill, and any other material that came with it.

  • Please ensure you ship the products within 15 days of purchase.
  • The returned product must be in unused condition, as we cannot issue refunds for products that show signs of use. If you follow these steps, the original purchase amount will be credited to your account.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Your full refund will be processed within 7-10 working days of us receiving the product.

For orders which are cancelled after the product is shipped, the courier cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

If your product does not reach us within the time limit or there is some other issue, we will advise and provide you with whatever best assistance our customer care is capable of.
